Najia and Aboubakr, both Ph.D in nuclear medical imaging, have a closely linked careers, taking advantage of their complementary skills, in inclusive Deeptech technologies, Business Development, Clinical/Market Assessment, Finance, and Management.
They co-founded their first Start-up in the field of Positron Emission Tomography System dedicated to early diagnosis of neurodegenerative diseases.
They have led large Medtech projects in photonics, robotic surgery, non-invasive diagnosis and therapy,…targeting different clinical intended uses.
In 2023, they embarked on a new entrepreneurial adventure, XIMED, to establish the new GOLD STANDARD for early Breast cancer detection based on an innovative X-R Phase Conyrast imaging.
Advisory Board
In the field of Healthcare, ALPHANOV is the leader of XPULSE collaborative project where the IP portfolio transferred to XIMED comes from. XPULSE, funded since 2017 by the Nouvelle-Aquitaine region and the ERDF, aims to develop a Phase Contrast Mammography system based on X-ray source generated by laser and dedicated to the early detection of breast cancer.
Stéphane has extensive experience in Medtech industrialization, international marketing and regulation of medical devices.
